Toledo, OH (May 19, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Toledo area claimed one person’s life. The incident occurred at around 4:00 a.m. on May 18.
Reports show that 41-year-old Kato Hull was riding a motorcycle while traveling westbound on Bancroft Street during the early morning hours. As he traveled through Putnam Street, he was struck by a pickup truck that was traveling eastbound. Hull was fatally injured in the accident. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck apparently told the officer that he was drunk. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
