Shaker Heights, OH (March 24, 2024) – One person was injured as a result of an automobile accident that occurred in the Shaker Heights area. The accident was reported to law enforcement at around 5:40 p.m. on March 21.
According to official reports, a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu was stopped in traffic while heading north on Warrensville Center Road. At the same time, a 2014 Nissan Rogue was traveling north on the roadway near Norwood Road. For reasons that are currently unknown, the Nissan Rogue crashed into the rear of the Chevrolet Malibu. One person was injured in the accident. The victim was identified as 23-year-old Shamiya Jamison. The Shaker Heights Fire Department EMS transported her to South Pointe Hospital for emergency care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
