Macedonia, OH (February 14, 2024) – At around 8:20 a.m. on February 13, emergency crews were requested at the scene of a car crash that occurred in Macedonia and ended in significant injuries.
Reports from the Macedonia Police Department show that a vehicle was traveling on Shepard Road during the morning hours. As the vehicle pulled to the side of the road at the 8900 block, a passenger exited and attempted to cross the road. He was struck by a white 2018 Ford F350 pickup truck for unknown reasons. The pedestrian, identified as 36-year-old Lark Andrew Forren, was injured in the accident. Macedonia Fire Department EMS transported him to Hillcrest Hospital for emergency care. No other injuries were reported. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
