Cleveland, OH (May 18, 2024) – Emergency crews were requested to provide help at the scene of a pedestrian accident that sent one man to an area hospital with injuries. The collision occurred at around 5:40 p.m. on May 17.
Reports indicate that a 29-year-old man was struck by a vehicle on East 55th Street while walking near Kinsman Road. The involved vehicle fled the scene of the crash. The pedestrian was injured in the crash. EMS responded to the scene to render aid to the victim. He was then transported to MetroHealth Hospital for emergency care. The crash is being investigated.
