Lagrange Twp., OH (May 10, 2024) – A fatal rollover accident reported in the Lagrange Township area on Thursday morning, May 9, claimed one person’s life.
Official reports indicate that a 2020 Ford F-150 pickup truck was traveling northbound on Whitehead Road. As the vehicle proceeded through the intersection of Biggs Road, it collided with a 2007 Ford Focus. The impact of the crash caused the Ford Focus to roll onto its side.
A passenger in the focus, identified as 21-year-old Patrick Cross, was fatally injured in the crash. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Ford Focus, a 22-year-old man from Wellington, was transported to an area hospital by Metro Life Flight. The 43-year-old man driving the Ford F150 was transported to an Elyria hospital by ambulance for medical treatment. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
