Toledo, OH (February 7, 2024) – A 17-year-old student was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries following a pedestrian crash on Tuesday morning in Toledo.
Reports from the Toledo Police Department show that at around 9:00 a.m. on February 6, a student from Woodward High School exited a TARTA bus in front of the school. As the student attempted to cross the street near Higgens Street, they were struck by a pickup truck driven by a 61-year-old. EMS rushed the student to a local hospital for emergency medical care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
