Toledo, OH (April 9, 2024) – A car crash involving two vehicles sent multiple people to area hospitals with injuries. Just after midnight on Monday, April 8, the Toledo Police Department responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident that occurred on Alexis Road.
According to official reports, two vehicles collided on the roadway near Yermo Drive on the west side of Toledo. The impact of the collision caused one vehicle to go off the roadway and collide with a utility pole. The second vehicle collided with a curb and spun around before coming to a stop. One person was ejected from the second vehicle. Five people total were injured in the crash. The victims were transported to various hospitals in the area for emergency medical treatment. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
