Oakwood, OH (February 17, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Oakwood area ended in injuries. Calls for help came in at approximately 7:00 p.m. on February 16.
According to area news sources, five vehicles collided on the westbound side of Interstate 480. The incident blocked several lanes near the bridge coming into Oakwood. Injuries were reported as a result of this accident. Emergency medical teams from Cuyahoga County responded to the accident site to provide assistance to the injured individuals. Those in need of additional medical care were transported to nearby hospitals by ambulance. At this time, the police department is investigating.
