Cleveland, OH (April 18, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Cleveland on April 16 resulted in injuries. The Cleveland Police Department was called to the scene at around 5:45 a.m. Tuesday morning.
According to police reports, a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles took place on Carnegie Avenue at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard. The driver of a silver 2023 Kia stated that she was driving westbound on Carnegie Avenue through the intersection of Martin Luther King Avenue when her vehicle collided with a silver 2017 Buick Encore. The impact of the crash caused the Buick to overturn. One person was injured in the crash. Cleveland medics responded to the scene and rendered aid to 59-year-old Wellington Armstrong Horhn. Horhn was transported to the University Hospital for further medical care. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
