Bedford Heights, OH (March 2, 2024) – On February 29, emergency crews out of Bedford Heights were requested at the scene of a truck accident that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries.
Local news sources show that a car and semi-truck collided on Interstate 271 North at around 7:30 a.m. The police and firefighters arrived at the scene and located the vehicles near the exit for Rockside Road. Multiple airbags were deployed in the vehicle as a result of the impact. Injuries were confirmed in the collision. Emergency medical services responded to the scene to treat the injured victim before transporting them to a local medical facility. The police department is currently investigating the crash.
