Milan, OH (April 22, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Friday in Milan resulted in one person being airlifted from the scene and flown to a hospital in the Cleveland area for medical care. The collision occurred at around 5:15 p.m. on Friday, April 19.
According to reports, a 2000 Saturn was traveling westbound on Perrin Road while occupied by four minors. As the vehicle proceeded through the area of Ohio 601, it collided with a 2024 GMC pickup truck, which was traveling northbound through the intersection. The Saturn driver was severely injured in the crash. The victim was airlifted from the scene and flown to a Cleveland-area hospital for emergency care. Multiple other people in the Saturn were also injured. The victims were transported to Fisher-Titus Medical Center, where they were provided care for their injuries. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
