Macedonia, OH (February 10, 2024) – Emergency crews were requested to assist at the scene of a major multi-vehicle accident near Macedonia Commons. The incident was reported to law enforcement just before 3:30 p.m. on February 9.
According to reports from area law enforcement, four vehicles collided on Ohio State Route 82. The incident blocked several lanes of the road, prompting the police and firefighters to shut down the highway while assisting. Multiple agencies responded to the scene to provide aid. Life Flight was also called to transport at least one person to an area hospital for emergency care. Investigations surrounding the accident are still being performed.
