According to reports, a black 2020 Honda Civic was traveling eastbound on Lake Avenue. As the vehicle attempted to turn left onto Parkside Drive, it struck a bicyclist. The bicyclist, who was identified as 40-year-old Philip Evans, was injured. The victim was transported to Cleveland Clinic – Fairview Hospital by Medical 3 for emergency care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
