Cleveland, OH (May 3, 2024) – At around 2:10 p.m. on May 1, the Cleveland Police Department and local firefighters were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that resulted in injuries.
Reports from the police show that the driver of a gray 2014 Subaru Forester stated that she was driving westbound on Carnegie Avenue while approaching the intersection of East 30th Street. As she proceeded through the intersection, her vehicle was struck by a silver 2008 Kia Sportage. The driver of the Subaru Forester stated that she had a green light when she proceeded through the intersection. One person was injured in the accident medics responded to the scene to provide care to 72-year-old Ahmed Agarrouji. Agarrouji was transported to MetroHealth Hospital for emergency care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
