Canton, OH (April 17, 2024) – On Monday, April 15, emergency crews were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred during the morning hours and left one person injured.
Police reports indicate that just before 8:15 a.m., a red 2012 Chevrolet Cruze was traveling east on 3rd Street Northeast. As the vehicle entered the intersection of Cherry Avenue Northeast, it was involved in a collision with a black 2013 vehicle. One person was injured in the accident. Emergency medical services responded to the scene and provided treatment to a 17-year-old female. Canton Fire EMS then transported the victim to Aultman Hospital for further treatment. At this time, the incident is being investigated to determine exactly why the collision occurred.
