Warrensville Heights, OH (June 5, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Warrensville Heights area sent one person to an area hospital with injuries. The accident was reported to the police department at around 9:05 a.m. on June 4.
Police reports show that a black 2018 Nissan Sentra was traveling westbound on Miles Road. At the same time, a 2005 Honda Pilot was traveling eastbound on the same roadway. As the vehicles approached the 25,500 block of the road, the driver of the Honda Pilot turned, resulting in the vehicle colliding with the Nissan Sentra. The Honda Pilot then left the roadway and collided with a sign. One person was injured in the accident. The victim, 48-year-old Tyrice Deal, was transported to Hillcrest Hospital for emergency medical treatment. The driver of the Honda, 26-year-old Tamir Renee Charles Schobel, was cited for a traffic violation for right-of-way when turning left. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
