Toledo, OH (May 14, 2024) – A 17-year-old male was transported to an area hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Toledo. The Toledo Police Department was called to the scene at around 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 12.
According to police reports, a white 2018 Honda CRV was traveling westbound on Glendale Avenue during the morning hours. At the same time, a black 2014 Jeep Patriot was traveling eastbound on the same road. As the driver of the Jeep Patriot attempted to make a left turn into the Monnette’s Market parking lot near Eastgate Road, the two vehicles collided. One person involved in the accident was injured. The victim was transported to The University of Toledo Medical Center for treatment. At this time, the crash is under investigation.
