Toledo, OH (June 1, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Thursday afternoon sent one person to Toledo Hospital for medical care. The Toledo Police Department was called to the scene at around 2:10 p.m. on May 30.
According to local law enforcement, a white 2006 Toyota Camry was heading southbound on Talmadge Road. As the vehicle passed the entrance to the Plaza in the 4100 block of the roadway, the driver attempted to make a left turn. The driver of a 2014 Chevrolet Impala failed to yield the right-of-way. As a result, the Chevrolet Impala struck the Toyota Camry. A 16-year-old female involved in the accident was injured. She was transported by Medic 18 to Toledo Hospital for medical care. The police department is investigating.
