Strongsville, OH (February 28, 2024) – The Strongsville Police Department responded to the scene of an auto accident Monday evening that sent two people to a local hospital with injuries. Authorities were notified of the accident at around 7:30 p.m. on February 26.
According to reports provided by the police, a 2017 Toyota Corolla was traveling eastbound on Drake Road. As the vehicle proceeded through the intersection with Hunt Road, it was struck by a 2018 Lincoln MKX. The Lincoln was heading northwest on Hunt Road at the time of the accident. Two people were injured in the accident. EMS rendered aid to 51-year-old Dorothy Joanne Kowaleski and 56-year-old Selena Vernelle Randolph. The two victims were transported by ambulance to Southwest General Hospital for further treatment. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
