Medina Twp., OH (February 15, 2024) – The Ohio State Highway Patrol confirmed that a motorcyclist lost their life in a crash that occurred on Tuesday morning, February 13. The incident was reported at around 11:30 a.m.
News sources show that 47-year-old David Nalesnik of Brunswick was riding a 1997 Yamaha motorcycle westbound on Ohio State Route 18 during the morning hours. As he proceeded down the roadway, an eastbound 2015 Kia turned left in front of him while attempting to enter Victor Drive. As a result, the two vehicles collided.
Nalesnik was severely injured in the crash. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by authorities. The driver of the Kia, an 84-year-old woman, was also injured. She was transported to Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital for medical care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
