Massillon, OH (April 23, 2024) – On April 21, emergency crews were called to provide help at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that caused injuries. The incident occurred at around 11:30 a.m. according to reports.
Those official reports say a black 2014 Dodge Avenger was traveling eastbound on Lincoln Way. At the same time, a red 2014 Ford Fusion was traveling westbound on Lincoln Way. As the driver of the Ford Fusion attempted to make a left turn onto Tremont Avenue, the vehicle collided with the Dodge Avenger. The driver of the Dodge, 68-year-old Cindy Parsons, was injured in the accident. She was transported to Aultman–Canton for medical care. The driver of the Ford, a 15-year-old girl, was cited for a right-of-way violation. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
