Euclid, OH (March 18, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident involving a police chase led to a crash that claimed the life of an innocent bystander. The incident occurred just before 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 17.
According to reports from the Euclid Police Department, an officer was pursuing a stolen vehicle on 156th Street near Interstate 90 when the driver fled the scene. As the car proceeded through the intersection, it crashed into another person’s vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle, identified as 44-year-old Michelle Wall of Cleveland, Ohio, sustained fatal injuries in the accident. Two teenagers, identified as an 18-year-old and a 17-year-old, were both injured. The victims were transported to area hospitals. Investigations surrounding the incident are currently underway.
