The Cleveland Police Department crash reports show that a white 2012 GMC Terrain was turning left at the intersection of US Route 42 and Broadview Road when it was struck by a black Jeep Cherokee. The driver of the Cherokee fled the scene without stopping. The driver of the GMC, identified as 27-year-old Vanessa Sierra Tables, was injured in the accident.
