Cleveland, OH (February 20, 2024) – The Cleveland Police Department confirmed that 39-year-old Michael Yearout of Cleveland, Ohio, lost his life in a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Monday morning, February 19.
At around 7:30 a.m., a semi-truck tractor-trailer and a car collided at the intersection of West 117th Street and Bellair Road. The local police responded to the scene of the accident as well as the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Authorities located the car wedged under the semi-truck with significant damage. The driver, identified as Yearout, suffered fatal injuries. He was pronounced deceased while still at the scene. The driver of the semi-truck, a 48-year-old man, was not injured. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
