Broadview Heights, OH (February 14, 2024) – Five people were transported to an area hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Monday morning, February 12.
Around 9:15 a.m., a blue 2006 vehicle was heading eastbound on East Sprague Road. As the vehicle proceeded through the intersection of Broadview Road, it collided with a white 2010 Chevrolet Silverado. After the initial collision, the blue vehicle continued forward and collided with a silver 2016 Ford Escort. Five people involved in the accident were injured.
Emergency medical services responded to the scene and provided care to 30-year-old Samantha Rastatter of Royalton, OH, and 34-year-old Rachel Knight. Three juveniles were also injured in the accident. The victims were identified as two 3-year-old girls and one infant male. The victims were transported to Metro Hospital for emergency care. At this time, investigations into the accident are underway.
