Bratenahl, OH (February 11, 2024) – One person was transported to a local hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident early Friday morning, February 9.
The Bratenahl Police Department investigative reports show that at around 12:00 a.m., a 2006 Honda Pilot was traveling west on Interstate 90 while occupying lane number two. For unknown reasons, the vehicle crashed into the rear passenger side of a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox near mile marker 178.8. The impact of the collision caused the vehicle to lose control and cross the roadway. The vehicle then collided with the median before going through a fence and coming to rest on the side of the road.
One person involved in the accident was injured. The victim was identified as 54-year-old Anthony Joseph of Eastlake, Ohio. The injured party was transported by EMS to a hospital in Euclid for emergency care. The circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
