Boardman, OH (March 12, 2024) – The Ohio State Highway Patrol confirmed that 30-year-old Trevor Gipson was critically injured as a result of an automobile accident that occurred early Monday morning, March 11.
Just after 3:00 a.m., Gipson was walking near Market Street when he was struck by a northbound pickup truck in the area just north of Marlindale Avenue. The vehicle continued forward without stopping and was located a short time later in the area near Indianola Avenue and Hillman Street. Gipson was seriously injured in the accident. He was transported to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, where he was admitted in critical condition. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
