Bedford, OH (May 23, 2024) – At around 7:10 a.m. on May 21, the Bedford Police Department responded to the scene of an automobile accident that resulted in injuries.
According to official reports, a black 2010 vehicle was traveling northbound on Interstate 271. At the same time, a silver 2014 vehicle was traveling behind the black vehicle. As the black vehicle proceeded onto the ramp at Forbes Road, it was struck by the silver vehicle. One person involved in the accident was injured. EMS treated 55-year-old Andrea Jarrett while at the scene. Jarrett was then transported to UH Ahuja Medical Center for further medical care. At this time, the crash is under investigation.
