Alliance, OH (June 26, 2024) – Authorities were requested to provide help at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Alliance area. The crash was reported to law enforcement at around 5:05 p.m. on June 24.
According to official reports, a black 2021 Kia Sportage was traveling south on South Arch Avenue during the evening hours. As the vehicle proceeded through the intersection of East Broadway Street, it collided with a red 2007 Hyundai Elantra.
The crash resulted in injuries. EMS rendered aid to 18-year-old Aleksandr James Freyermuth. The victim was then transported to Alliance Hospital for medical care. The driver of the Kia was cited for a traffic control device violation. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
